Covid-19 Safety Measures & Precautions

What to expect:

    Mask are no longer required but are optional at time of service. If you feel more comfortable with your stylist wearing a mask, please inform the stylist at arrival and we will be happy to accommodate.
    Stylists and clients will wash hands upon entry and between appointments.
    Clients will refrain from brining additional guests to appointments, and will come with only minimal items.
    Please allow the stylist time to disinfect the area before sitting down; disinfection will take place after a client’s service is finished. This ensures safety for your health and everyone around you.
    Stylists and clients agree to stay home if they’re sick.
    We are depending on you to be thorough and honest!
    Please let us know if you

    • Are experiencing a cough
    • Currently have a fever or have had one in the past 14 days
    • Have been in contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days
    • Are experiencing shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Are experiencing other flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache, or fatigue
    • Have experienced a recent loss of taste or smell
    • Have traveled in the last 14 days

Booking & Cancellations

We are now requiring credit card information to book an appointment. This secures your appointment time with our stylist.
Keeping your appointments is very important to us, It is time especially reserved for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice before cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice there is missed opportunity to fill that appointment spot. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment made months prior; But we have an amazing system that sends you many confirmations texts and emails. These messages are sent out the day the appointment is made and a few days prior to your upcoming appointment as friendly reminders.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the result charge is equal up to 50% of the services amount. No shows or same day cancellation will be accountable for 100% charge of services.
This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability as well as keeping our books filled. This helps us to provide the best quality services.
